By uploading or downloading any CV, job description, or candidate information through UNear, you grant UNear full ownership rights and disposal authority over all information contained within. UNear may use, store, share with hiring partners, or process this data for any purpose related to recruitment and platform operations.

When you upload a CV, candidate profile, or job description to UNear — whether as a candidate, recruiter, HR manager, or platform operator — you confirm that:

2. Downloads & data sharing

Any CV or candidate brief downloaded from UNear (whether as PDF, DOCX, or any other format) remains subject to this Policy. Recipients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the information strictly for evaluating the candidate for the role for which it was shared. Resale, redistribution, or use for unsolicited outreach is prohibited.

Each downloaded document carries a UNear watermark and provenance footer that identifies the source and protects the integrity of the information.

You may request a copy of the information UNear holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request its deletion, by emailing privacy@unear.io. Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable laws (including KSA PDPL).

5. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
